Guided product finder

Challenge

Provide an easy way for ecobee visitors to find the products they need and increase visibility of ecobee’s smart security offerings.

Approach

A personalized four question quiz with a completion time median of 35 seconds. It generates 5% of the website sales and has a conversion rate 200 bps higher than baseline.

Challenge

A few independent tickets were created to update the product category pages but what is the objective of the product category page? why are they all different? do we need all of them?

Approach

I believed that a framework was required as well as identifying the business objective. I audited the pages and facilitated a workshop with stakeholders to identify the strategy of ecobee's product category pages.

What are the metrics that really matter? How can we be data driven?

Approach

There is no one size fits all solution and a deep understanding of the problem and solution are required so I created a request template with its main objective being to act as a coaching guide for requestors to find most of the answers themselves.

Approach

Based on the performers persona and interests, I created their logo and MVP website. Additionally, I collaborate with Luna in creating unique and engaging routines for every show.

My experience spans from corporate finance, accounting, operations, analytics and product management. I am driven by curiosity and a passion for collaboration to solve complex challenges and enhance user-centered solutions. As a results-oriented individual, I thrive on learning new skills and tools that empower me and my team to achieve our goals.

I also am a mom of two kids and a husky, living in North Bay, Ontario. I love aerial arts and new skills, even if I'm not good at it! 😁 Board games take a special place in our home (because we have so many that we have them stored wall to wall), I even host a Podcast now!


Fun facts:

  • Last year, my daughter and I took up face painting. Learned I should only try it on my own kids! 😅
  • Tried pyrography to make a unique gift, turns out I’m good at it!
